AGING WELL SERIES
Aging Well educational programs are free and open to the public. They are held at Kool Family Community Center. A light luncheon is provided at 11:30am followed by the presentation at noon.

Start the Conversation – Create an Advance Directive
Thursday, February 23, 10-11:30am • Kool Family Center
If a sudden illness or accident happened and you were unable to make your own medical decisions, who would speak for you? During this hands-on workshop, you will learn about the Advance Care Planning Process and have the opportunity to work with trained facilitators to create an Advance Directive that reflects your wishes. Legal forms and educational materials will be provided at no cost to you. Seating is limited. Reserve your seat before Tuesday, February 21.
Creating Connections Through Art

An opportunity for persons with dementia or related diseases to explore their creative side in a safe environ- ment. Family caregivers may want to attend the Memory Loss/Dementia Support Group held at the same time or are welcome to join the workshop in a supportive role. This workshop is limited to 12 participants.

Silent Risk: Women and Heart Disease

Senior Fitness and Fun is a FREE weekly, one-hour health and fitness program funded by the Calhoun County Senior Millage for adults 60 years of age and older. Chair exercises focus
on stretching, flexibility, balance and building strength. Our nurse will be available to answer your health questions, provide blood pressure, blood sugar and pulse/ox screenings, and make referrals to community resources.
