   Part D Prescription Plan
and Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (OEP), October 15 through December 7, is the busiest time of year
for MMAP. This is when you can compare 2021 costs, verify coverage of your medicines, and get or switch your Part D or Medicare Advantage plan.

Counseling requires sharing of your Medicare number, date of birth, insurance information, and medication information. This is the same information you would need to give 1-800-Medicare to have them compare plans for you.
Plans mail lots of advertising pieces in the fall; please open any letters from your current insurance company, as they have to notify you of cost and coverage changes.
