Aging Well educational programs are free and open to the public. They are held at Kool Family Community Center. A light luncheon is provided at 11:30am followed by the presentation at noon.

If simple things like opening a door, sitting at a computer or picking up an item causes arm and shoulder pain, it may be coming from your neck or upper back and surrounding muscles. Learn about ways to relieve the pain.

Community Care Options – Helping Seniors Stay Independent
In-home services including light housekeeping, meal preparation, limited errands, and other help are available for seniors with chronic illnesses who need help with some of the chores of maintaining their homes. To learn more, call (269) 441-0948.
Get Fit and Have Fun with Senior Health Partners
Senior Fitness and Fun is a FREE weekly, one-hour health and fitness program fund- ed by the Calhoun County Senior Millage for adults 60 years of age and older. Chair exercises focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and building strength. Our nurse will be available to answer your health questions, provide blood pressure, blood sugar and pulse/ox screenings, and make referrals to community resources.
