Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
• 8 cups brioche bread (or buns), cut into cubes
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 4 eggs
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Grease a 9-inch x 13-inch casserole dish and put half of bread cubes in it, half of chocolate chips, repeat; set aside.
In medium bowl, whisk milk, cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla togeth- er. Pour over bread, press down slight- ly, cover with plastic wrap, and let it sit for half an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set. Serve warm with caramel sauce (store bought or homemade).
