   We all know the challenges of taking care of our health and wellness, especially in our busy lives. But the library can help with that. Willard Library serves not just as a space for stimulating the intellect but also as a venue for promoting physical fitness, mental calm, and overall well-being.
Zumba. There’s no need to choose between a dance party and a workout when you can have both! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a novice, Zumba caters to all levels of fitness while having fun.
Nourish your body:
Eating well is just as crucial as staying active, and the library has partnered with registered dietitian
and health educator Tina Guajardo
of Bronson Healthcare for a “Food Smarts” class series. Learn how to
eat for your health goals and how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals on a budget. Feel empowered to make healthier food choices, discover new recipes, and boost your culinary skills. Plus, taste a new and healthy recipe each week.

No matter your age or fitness level, the library has an opportunity for you.
Teens may practice mindfulness and meditation through a weekly partner- ship with Karma House, as part of the library’s after school program. Learn how to manage stress in a healthy way through yoga and breath exercises. In addition, the YMCA instructs young people in yoga, zumba, pilates, and more.

Creating and crafting can be therapeu- tic activities that allow you to express yourself, relieve stress, and find joy in the process of creating. And there’s no pressure!
