 Italian Hot Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients:
• 1 boneless beef chuck roast (between 3-4 pounds)
• 2 teaspoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
• Pepper to taste and pinch of salt
• 1 1⁄2 cups beef broth
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

                                                                                                           • 1 envelope dried onion soup mix (such as Lipton)
• Salt and soy sauce as needed (The onion soup is salty so be careful and salt just before serving if needed.)
 • Buns or rolls for sandwiches
Instructions: Sprinkle one side of roast with 1 teaspoon steak seasoning, ground pepper, and pinch of salt. Turn over and put in crockpot. Pour beef broth other meat and add remaining sea- sonings. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or until meat is tender. Remove meat and shred with fork. Strain broth and serve on side with meat on sand- wich buns.
