tain. Here are a few tricks and recipes to keep you ready for anything. Relax and enjoy the blessings of Christmas!
Though I love to cook, I have learned over the years that keeping it simple is what’s best. Keep an assort- ment of meats, cheeses, and olives on hand to make a quick charcuterie board. Then you can make a couple of dips
and spreads. Keep phyllo cups and a package of spinach artichoke dip in your freezer for a quick hot appetizer. You can also fill the phyllo cups with purchased chicken, egg, or ham salad too as they are ready to use. A package of good frozen shrimp and cocktail sauce is also good to keep on hand. Purchase some salsa and chicken tortilla soup from Horrock’s for dipping tortilla chips. Add some treats from Continental Bakery and your party is set! And you now have time to enjoy being with your company.
